We offer more than 20 vocational training and combined degree/vocational training programs, preparing your employees for a broad range of professions. We keep up-to-date on legal and occupational developments by regularly exchanging information with specialists from your sector and with other training experts. Our full-service offering extends from candidate marketing and selection through HR administration to preparing and organizing examinations in conjunction with the chambers of industry and commerce.

Our strengths

Our qualified trainers guarantee that the programs we offer in Germany comply with current vocational training legislation. A success rate close to 100 percent and a high proportion of trainees who take their exams early are evidence of our expertise. During their training programs, young people complete placements lasting several months at their future workplaces. This prepares them at an early stage for their subsequent duties and shortens familiarization periods.

Management and international business studies (MIBS) leading to a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with the option of a period of study abroad leading to a Master of Business Adminstration (MBA), IT with business studies (WIN) leading to a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), collaborative training leading to a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science, collaborative training leading to a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering
- Other careers (as required):
Inventory management specialist, gardener, tanner, glass apparatus maker, commercial assistant for transport and logistics, farmer, media designer, animal care specialist, event manager, surveying technician, intellectual property paralegal
