Corporate communications is a crucial element of public relations work. Activities include the publication of brochures, advertisements, flyers and regular company newspapers and digital newsletters.

We are responsible for ensuring a professional and positive position in the media and successfully represent our customers at both national and international trade fairs. This is especially true in crisis situations when it is crucial to deal sensitively with the media and the public and to take a proactive approach in all communications activities.

Our Central Language Service helps you communicate efficiently with your business partners and customers worldwide, providing translation and interpreting services.

In-company communication

The loyalty of our employees is as important as that of our customers. We provide them with extensive information, either in our employee publication MitBIS or via the Bayer Ideas Pool, and foster their active participation in corporate processes.

Visitor service and event management

We organize open house days, plant visits and site tours for our neighbors and other interest groups. In our BayKomm communications center, visitors experience chemistry in multimedia presentations. The venue also serves as a platform for debate and encounter. If you wish to organize your own event, we rent rooms, equipment and technician services.
