Our strengths

Our extensive experience of running idea management plans ranges from processing suggestions and arranging for them to be put into practice to paying employees the bonuses due to them. Because of the large number of employees eligible to participate in the Bayer Ideas Pool, we can also offer attractive prizes (e.g. cars, vacation trips) for idea management competitions. Professional organization ensures that cash bonuses and other prizes are allocated fairly and that companies derive the greatest possible benefit from the Ideas Pool. As well as managing the Ideas Pool, we believe our role includes promoting new developments.


Service details

  • Advice and support for employees who submit ideas and for their supervisors
  • Registering and reviewing the ideas submitted
  • Arranging for the benefits to be evaluated by an assessor
  • Checking that the process used to evaluate ideas complies with the agreement concluded with employee representatives, which includes rules on how to deal with special cases, appeals and rejections
  • Initiating bonuses and issuing certificates
  • Documenting the suggestions submitted, statistical data, data service for subgroups and service companies
  • Membership of Ideas Pool committees and the Environmental Committee
  • Raising awareness of the Ideas Pool through advertising and special campaigns, e.g. prize draws
  • Ongoing development of the Ideas Pool, training, e.g. Ideas Pool kit
