Ecological substance assessments
Our services
Physicochemical data and data on environmental behavior and ecotoxicology form the basis for all types of substance assessment. In the course of ecological substance assessment, we prepare the associated dossiers and reports. Firstly, the data requirement is identified, the available data are screened, and a data search is carried out. QSAR calculations are used to determine data that represent a rough estimate of a possible risk potential and can be verified, if necessary, in subsequent laboratory testing. We can recommend an individual test program on the basis of the data gaps identified.
Your advantages
- We are located together with the Analytics laboratories for physicochemical and ecotoxicological testing. This enables us to quickly clarify technical and organizational issues.
- As we maintain the relevant archive, we have direct access to documents from previous assessments.
- Our extensive literature archive includes relevant and specific data so data acquisition costs and effort can be minimized.
Our strengths
We have extensive experience in literature searches and assessment and routinely handle the associated document formats and databases. Together with our experts, we compile technically well-founded dossiers. If necessary, we also collaborate with external experts and institutions.
